Terms of service
Postrise is a private app for the channel owner. By using it you agree to these terms and to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You stay responsible for what goes out on your channel, including the rights to your images and audio, so check what the app writes before it is scheduled. YouTube decides what happens to an upload, and we can't promise that a Short will publish on time or earn anything. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using the app.

1. Agreement and who can use Postrise
These terms are an agreement between you and EazyLife Tech Solutions ("we", "us"), the publisher of Postrise. By using Postrise you accept them and our privacy policy. Postrise is private: it is for the channel owner, and is not offered to the public. You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
Postrise uses YouTube API Services. By using Postrise, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
3. What Postrise is and isn't
- Postrise plans a day of YouTube Shorts per channel. You pick the times, images and audio. It writes titles, descriptions, hashtags and tags, makes the Short and schedules it.
- Postrise is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
- Postrise makes no promise about views, reach, subscribers or earnings. YouTube decides how videos are shown and whether they can earn money.
4. Your channel and your content
- Use Postrise only with channels you own or are authorised to manage.
- You own what you add, and you are responsible for it. You must have the rights to every image and audio file you use, and they must follow YouTube's rules.
- Postrise doesn't download or re-upload sounds from YouTube's library. Don't add copies of them to the app yourself: they are licensed for use inside YouTube.
5. Text the app writes
Titles, descriptions, hashtags and tags are generated from templates and your channel's settings. They can be wrong or unsuitable, or read like other posts. Review them before scheduling. Once a Short is on your channel, you are responsible for it.
6. Your Google sign-in
You sign in with Google, which gives Postrise your account's email and name and lets it back up to its own hidden folder in your Google Drive. Each channel then connects through Google sign-in and gives Postrise permission to upload videos and to read the channel's name and handle. Keep your Google account and phone secure. We are not responsible for access that results from someone using your Google account or phone. You can remove access at any time, as described in the privacy policy.
Backups depend on Google's services, your Drive storage space, your internet connection and Android allowing background work, so we can't guarantee that every backup succeeds or that every restore is possible. Backups don't include your image and audio files or your YouTube sign-in, so after a reinstall each channel has to reconnect once.
7. Uploads and scheduling
Uploads and publish times depend on YouTube, its limits on API use, your internet connection and your phone. We can't guarantee that every Short is made, uploaded or published, or that it goes out at the chosen time. YouTube may reject, limit or remove a video. Check important posts in YouTube Studio.
8. Acceptable use
Use Postrise only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense or reverse-engineer the app, share it with people it isn't meant for, interfere with its security or its connection to Google services, or remove our notices, except where the law expressly allows it.
9. No warranty
Postrise is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, audience or opportunities, arising from Postrise;
- we are not liable for a late, missed, rejected or removed Short, a copyright claim, or any action YouTube takes on your channel;
- our total liability to you for all claims is limited to ₹1,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited under the law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer that the law doesn't allow to be waived.
11. Third-party services
Postrise relies on Google services, including Google sign-in, Google Drive and YouTube. Their own terms apply to their services, and we aren't responsible for their availability or changes.
12. Updates and changes
We may update Postrise and add, change or remove features. We may change these terms; we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Postrise after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Ending use
You can stop using Postrise at any time by removing its access, removing its backups and uninstalling it, as described on Delete your Postrise data. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or the law. Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 14 and 15 continue to apply after your use ends.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please write to us first; most issues can be solved that way. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, without affecting any right you have to bring a consumer claim where you live.
15. General
- These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Postrise. The YouTube Terms of Service apply separately.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and that part applies to the fullest extent the law allows.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor business, which will be bound by them.
